Every major technological revolution begins when someone asks a question that everyone else has stopped asking.

For us, that person was our founder, John Krzeminski.

After more than two decades developing advanced propulsion systems for automotive OEMs, John became convinced that the world was trying to solve modern energy challenges with an engine architecture that had changed very little in more than a century. He believed there had to be a better way.

So he started over.

What followed were years of research, experimentation, discoveries, and countless hours of work driven by a simple idea: the reciprocating engine could be cleaner, more efficient, more powerful, and far more versatile than anyone imagined.

That work attracted the attention of the United States National Science Foundation, which awarded more than $1.2 million to support continued development. Those efforts ultimately led to the creation of the REVforce™ engine architecture, a fundamentally different approach to combustion.

Designed from the ground up, REVforce™ was created to improve efficiency and power density while operating across a wide range of fuels, including natural gas, propane, hydrogen, and other renewable and alternative fuels.

From that technology, Alpha-Otto Technologies was born.

Over the years, ideas became prototypes. Prototypes became data. Data became patents. And as the technology advanced, so did our understanding of the opportunity in front of us.

We realized that our mission was bigger than building a better engine.

The world needs cleaner, more resilient, more affordable, and more abundant power. Electricity demand is growing rapidly, driven by data centers, electrification, advanced manufacturing, and a more distributed energy system. Yet many of the technologies we depend on today remain expensive, inflexible, difficult to deploy, or dependent on a single source of fuel.

We believe there is a better way.

That vision led to the development of the REVflux™ PowerCell, a modular power generation platform designed to transform our core combustion technology into scalable, distributed electricity generation.

Our goal is to make power generation more efficient, more adaptable, easier to deploy, and capable of scaling from individual PowerCells to larger power systems.

We believe the future of energy should be cleaner. More adaptable. More reliable. And more accessible.
